As a merchandiser, you want to make sure your products are best displayed to attract your customers. That means creating alluring displays that are consistent, easy to see and tailored to the demographics of your shoppers. This is no easy task, and it involves complex planning by your head office and exact execution by your field sales and merchandising reps. But it also means your field reps need to have flexibility to adjust the planogram to fit specific shelf, counter or refrigerated spaces.

Spaceplanner Data Sheet

Versatile Spaceplanner is the answer

Spaceplanner allows field merchandising and sales representatives to create and display shelf space planning diagrams (Planograms) while at a customer location. A correctly designed Planogram allows merchants and product distributors to maximize both sales dollars and customer satisfaction by optimizing the use of retail shelf space. This capability is of significant value to companies who sell their products in environments where size and shape of shelf and storage areas can vary based on the nature of the store.

Versatile Spaceplanner takes planograms out of the distributors' head office, and puts the technology of space planning into the field. "On the spot" space planning allows planograms to be designed which consider custom shelving schemes, storage environments, and sizing.

Spaceplanner allows a copy of the planogram to be printed on-site, using a portable printer. The Planogram is left at the retail location so that subsequent deliveries of product can be stocked and displayed according to the predetermined plan. This solution significantly reduces planning work from the head office and maximizes the use of the merchandiser's time in the field. In turn, both customer and supplier realize improved sales and business process benefits.
